We’re searching for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing mind to be responsible for the performance of digital programs and creative campaigns in our entrepreneurial start-up environment.

Responsabilities:

-Shaping all communication and marketing activities in order to generate leads and to support sales with effective materials;

The overall goal of the Communications Manager will be to coordinate all public relations activities across the region and develop a comprehensive PR and communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.

Responsabilities:

Support creation of the employee lifecycle processes and procedures;document, maintain and communicate core HR policies;

Ensure compliance to local HR laws & labour regulations;

Initiate job requisitions, source candidates, conduct interviews, assess candidates and negotiate employment terms;

-Onboard new hires;

-Be the first point of contact for employee questions and councils and escalate issues to other members of the People team, if appropriate.
